About Us
TUSUR-Electronica Research Company was founded in 2010 as a spinoff from TUSUR University by scientists and the university staff. TUSUR University owns 34% of the company's shares. The company itself focuses on research and development for designing and creating new generation integrated circuits. The main mission of the company is the commercialization of university developments for sales and profit. The company has been developing radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICS) for telecommunication systems for a long time. During the last few years the company has been actively working on the creation of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for optical communication systems, monitoring systems, etc.

Activity
The main research and development areas of TUSUR-Electronica are as follows:
Electrophysical modeling of microwave transistors based on heterostructure GaAs and GaN materials
Design of custom integrated circuits based on GaAs / GaN / Si / SiGe materials
Probe measurements and characterization of integrated circuits and their elements
Development and manufacture of modules and systems based on integrated circuits
Development of photonic integrated circuits, devices and systems based on siliconprocesses (Silicon Photonics)
Apart from this, TUSUR-Electronica actively cooperates with TUSUR University in qualification upgrading of personnel and specialists in above mentioned areas.
The company does not have large production facilities and relies on foundry contract for integrated circuits manufacturing.
We are able to produce prototypes of integrated circuits at low prices and in small quantities, which is very beneficial at the stage of development and debugging of ASIC.The minimum order area starts from 1 mm2.At the same time, 40-50 die are supplied, which is generally sufficient to complete the full scope of tests and debugging for ASIC prototype.
